responsibilites:
- support / administrate processes to run accurately and smoothly
- preparation of presentation material
- invoice handling and cost control
- internal communication
- documentation handling (tech. library, contacts etc.)
- back office management
- efficient and proactive planning and organizing of duties in a timely manner
- co-ordination of customer visits and event
- travel and meeting arrangements
- keeping the “calendar”
- efficient implementation of supportive tasks
qualifications:
- good command in chinese and english, written and verbal
- excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong customer service mind
- team work and cross functional understandings
- time management and independent working
- relevant it skills
- high standard and results oriented.
- college degree in english or related major
- working experiences in a multi cultural environment
